Is AdehtBFL a broker or carrier?

AdehtBFL is a freight service provider and licensed transportation broker. We work with a network of carriers to negotiate rates for shippers.

 How does AdehtBFL choose carriers?

AdehtBFL works with the most reputable contract carriers across the nation, each of which is required to go through numerous steps in order to meet the U.S. Department of Transportation’s strict Compliance, Safety and Accountability (CSA) requirements. 

 Where does AdehtBFL ship?

AdehBFL ships throughout North America, including Mexico and Canda.

 What are estimated transit times?

Transit times are dependent on location, destination, service options, mode of transportation, weather and carrier chosen at the time of booking. AdehtBFL makes every effort to offer the most cost-effective mode of transportation. Transit times are provided by carriers and are estimated, not guaranteed.

 How are claims handled?

If your freight arrives damaged, it is important to accept the shipment to document the claim correctly. A claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery and can be done directly by calling our 2h-hour on-call support. AdehtBFL will act as liaison and assist the customer in processing the claim and filing all necessary paperwork, though we cannot guarantee all claims will be accepted from the shipping company.
